Refunds and Returns Policy

475 reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions of this policy.

475 accepts returns for all Pro Clima products, excluding liquid-applied items, under the following conditions:

• Products must be in new, unused condition.
• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• If a complete box, kit, or pallet of a product was purchased, but the return is for a portion of that complete box, kit or pallet; single item prices will be applied at the discretion of 475 when calculating refunds.
  
• Outbound shipping costs and tariffs paid at checkout will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exclusions:

• 475 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Liquid-applied Pro Clima products, such as VISCONN, VISCONN FIBRE, or TESCON Primer RP, are not eligible for return.
• Returns will not be accepted for products from the following manufacturers:
• Advanced Building Products Inc (ABP Inc)
• Brink
• Fakro
• GHT
• Gutex
• Lamilux
• Rockwool (SmartRock)
• Stego
• Custom orders and products from any manufacturer not listed above are non-returnable.

Any damaged goods must be reported to 475 within 24 hours of delivery. Any missing items should be reported within 3 business days after shipper's confirmation of delivery.

Fill out our RETURNS FORM within 90 days of receipt of goods to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#.) Return items must be received by 475 within 30 days. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend insuring products as appropriate when shipping returns. 475 is not liable for any damages incurred during return shipment. After you submit the returns form, you should be contacted by our operations team within 4 business days. 

 
Keep in mind, having extra product on hand for future repairs or replacement is always wise. If you have extra materials at the end of a job, consider donating them to Habitat for Humanity, or use the tape to fix jackets, shoes or other items.

Cancelled Orders

Refunds for Pro Clima and Lunos orders cancelled prior to shipping on the same day of ordering are subject to a 3% transaction fee. If the order has already shipped, please refer to the Return Policy.

Store Credit

475 may offer store credit as part of a refund/return. Store credit must be used within 18 months of the date assigned. After 18 months, store credit will expire.

Non-Refundable Deposits

When deposits are made, you confirm your intention to purchase the materials as per the invoice/signed estimate and acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable.
